Almost exactly two years ago we wrote about Home Office. Back then, we worked completely remotely for few months. The pandemic is over, and we’ve been working hybrid for a while now. It looks like it will stay like this for a longer. The whole team is divided by projects. We made sure that people working on the same project have the opportunity to see each other personally every week. On such days we organize more important meetings and discussions. Remote work in our industry works. However, nothing can replace personal contact. We hope that such contact will be facilitated by our new large (10+) conference room, which we organized in our enlarged office.
