We’ve started 2019 with the highest count of desks at CODEFUSIONS. We have them in teens now. And we have people sitting next to them also. CODEFUSION was never so big as today. The situation seems to be constant. We are constantly growing. The apprentices are staying for good. New CVs are coming over on our work email. The old good customers are increasing our presence in their projects. We are constantly speaking with new potential customers about expanding. We have requests like this one: “Can you give us 10 developers by the end of the month”. Sure, we cannot. We focus on quality not quantity. This strategy works great over the years. We have very strong team now. In 2019 we wish for everybody to have the problems like we have “Where do we put all the new desks!?!?!”
