This month we’ve launched another product. It’s called CCRM/I and it’s a modular contact importer for various CRM systems. It’s a combination of a web user interface and a background service running business logic. The user can import text (csv) or Excel files. The user chooses the preliminary modifications like joining and dividing data in the field of a record. The application does the normalization of data, bringing all data to a single coherent format. Normalized contacts are checked against all other contacts to filter out the duplicates from the list.
